GLENDORA WILLE

 

Service: St. John's United Church of Christ ~ Wheeling Township, Minnesota
  Friday, December 19, 2014 at 10:30 a.m.
   
Visitation: The Boldt Funeral Home ~ Faribault, Minnesota on Thursday, December 18, 2014 from 4 to 7 p.m.
  and also at the church on Friday for one hour prior to the services.

 

Glendora Wille, age 78, of Nerstrand, died on Tuesday, December 16, 2014 at St. Lucas Care Center, Faribault.

Funeral services will be at St. John's United Church of Christ, Wheeling Township, 19806 Jacobs Avenue Faribault, on Friday, December 19, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. with the Reverend Lora Sturm officiating. Interment will be at St. John's Church Cemetery, Wheeling Township, Rice County.

Visitation will be at the Boldt Funeral Home, Faribault, on Thursday, December 18, 2014 from 4 to 7 p.m. and also at the church on Friday for one hour prior to the service.

Glendora was born on June 25, 1936 in Enid, OK, to Martin and Martha (Mirtz) Rempfert. She married Allan Wille on September 15, 1953 at First English Lutheran Church, Faribault. Together with her husband, they farmed in the Wheeling Township area. Glendora was also employed in food service with the Faribault School District. She served as a leader with the Pioneer 4-H Club and was active with the Wheeling Homemakers. Glendora enjoyed quilting and crafts.

She is survived by her husband, Allan; three children, Michael Wille (and FiancÚ, Cheryl Kvittem) of Faribault, Steven (and Debra) Wille of Nerstrand, and Dale (and Dorothy) Wille of Faribault; sister, Alvina Kallal of Lonsdale; brothers and sisters-in-law, Barb Rempfert of Faribault, Lorry and Jean Wille of Kenyon and Wallace Wille of Alpine, TX; 11 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren; nieces; nephews and other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Marty Rempfert.
