Our sympathy to Bob's family, Char, and his friends. It is sad to lose a friend, but the good memories will be the lasting impression. Bob brought an interesting element to our parties. He was quick witted and funny. Always generous. He had a special "gift of giving." How much he enjoyed his screen porch at his Renwick house with the view of nature's beauty. A wonderful place to retire after a successful career. How we will miss his genuine smile and twinkling eyes. Be ready, Heaven, here comes a treasure.

I'm extremely saddened to hear the news of Neighbor Bob's passing today. Even though some 50 years separated us, I considered Bob a real friend having gotten to know him well living across the street from him in Renwick for a number of years. Enjoyed seeing him out on the golf course, talking with him about politics, life and hearing stories about our shared alma mater years ago. He lived a rich and fruitful life. It is so very sad to see him go. My thoughts and prayers are with Bob's family, as I know so many are.
