Charles T. Williams

Charles T. Williams, age 66, of Faribault, died on Friday, January 25, 2013 at Pleasant Manor Nursing Home, Faribault.

Memorial services will be held at the Boldt Funeral Home, Faribault, on Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at 1:30 p.m.

Memorial visitation will be held for one half hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Charles T. Williams was born on October 8, 1946 in Kansas City, KS. He married Judy M. Strom on January 8 2013 at Rochester Methodist Hospital Chapel. Charles enjoyed fishing, jazz music, playing the guitar, discussing politics, sports and enjoyed reading.

He is survived by his wife, Judy; three children, Jordan Williams, Justin DeVriendt and Jason (and Tracy) Cortez, all of Faribault; two grandchildren, Caitlyn and Carter Cortez; and his siblings and other relatives.

He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings.

Hi, Charles was a regular library patron that always would light up the place when he came in. When it wasn't busy we discussed politics, jazz, gardening and commercials that just didn't make sense. On every occasion we would have a laugh about something and it would brighten our day. Rest in peace Charles, we will miss you.

My Uncle Charles has such unconditional love for me. He never judged me and I will miss him dearly. He is my rock and I will still talk to him in heaven! Gone but not forgotten! Hugs and kisses from Chicago!
