I was thirteen and your father, Ole, was a mentor to me. I hung around the Lockwood Body Shop after school on on Saturdays. My home was at 1222 Central. Many summer evenings, I would ride my bike around the corner to your home on 11th St. You and your mom would many times be seated on your front steps. You were just a little squirt; pretty with blonde hair, like your mom. She would holler to Ole, Tom is here and he'd come out and visit. I loved your dad and thought that your mother was a very beautiful lady. Tom Dillon, now 78.

Dear Connie, it is with great sadness that I read of your mom's passing. However, she lived a long time which seems to be somewhat of a Teske trait. I so appreciated you and your mom with your warm and wonderful hellos when we would run into each other at Trinity. Your mom and dad were good people, and I hope your memories sustain you during this difficult time. Someday we will be reunited in heaven. May your holidays be filled with joy, happiness, and know that I include you in my prayers.

Oh, my goodness, Connie - just saw this! We've talked so often about this time, remembering all the good times. Back to confirmation and shopping for our dresses, fun on the farm, the horses (which I never did master), double dating, it's all so good. You and Dave have fulfilled not only your Christian duty, but oh so lovingly - just as you were meant to. Sounds so trite to say about our parents "they are at peace now", we can only pray for our future. You've endured so much, only better can be in the future. I'm just thankful we will all still have one! I love you and Dave - Thanksgiving will never be the same. Mother died a week after in 1999, takes on a whole different dimension. My All Saints Day is WAY overcrowded!!! I know you're in good hands with Scott's team - please give me a call whenever.....All God's love to yuu and your extended family - Sandy
