Nancy Lou Dodge, age 89, died Sunday, October 14, 2012 at Sterling House in Owatonna.

Funeral services will be held at the Boldt Funeral Home, Faribault on Wednesday, October 17, 2012 at 3 p.m. Interment will be at Weslaco, TX.

Visitation will be held at the Boldt Funeral Home on Wednesday, October 17th from 1 to 3 p.m.

Nancy Lou, the daughter of John and Juanita Murphy, Jr. was born November 11, 1922 in Columbia, TN. Nancy Lou married Paul Dodge on November 11, 1942 at Lowry Field, in Denver, CO. He preceded her in death in 2002. They lived in Waukesha and Neenah, WI raising their daughters there and retired in Weslaco, TX. Before retiring, she returned to school to earn her LPN, which was a life long dream.

She is survived by her children, Kathleen (and Glenn) Holman of Faribault, Nancy (and Joel) Licary of St. Petersburg, FL, Elizabeth (and James) Kaprelian of Oshkosh, WI and Patricia (and Marcel) Mongeon of Ancaster, Ontario, Canada; 10 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Paul; and a great grandson, Jacob Glenn Luecke.

The family would like to express their thanks and gratitude to the staff at Sterling House and Allina Hospice for their loving care.
