Memories

I remember Arlene and Dick fromj when we lived on Bridge Street in Albert Lea. Though I eventually grew up and got married, I remember my parents telling me of Dick and Arlene and Bernie and Russ and probably some others getting together. My parents really loved meeting them in different locations to keep up the friendship. My mother and Arlene shared the same birthday. The fabric shop in Faribault was always intriguing to me as I ,also liked fabric. Arlene was always so helpful and nice. Though I had not had any recent contact with her I have great memories of her and the family. It's amazing how wonderful and treasured those memories are as I remember my parents Ben and Dorothy Scott. May you and your families also remember your wife, mom and grandmother with treasured memories. Though this is a sad time, it bought myself and Margo (Paczkowski) Paschke last Sunday down memory lane as though we had never missed a beat. We will keep you lifted in prayer during this time of sorrow because that is normal to miss her. Duane and I will try to make time to come and say goodby in person, today. If we can't come, know that my parents and Duane & I considered her a wonderful person, with a great smile, and a great outlook in life even when life did not look so great!Blessings to Dick and all the family! Blessings from us, Duane & Brenda Juveland

Memories

Just wanting to give my deepest sympathy to Arlene's family and friends. I also have PH and Arlene was one of the first people my husband and I met. She was a deep inspiration to us then and still was the last time I saw her. She always had the best possible outlook on life even when you knew she wasn't feeling the best. Her family knows she is a "hero" to many people and truly was and "IS" an angel. I want to thank her for giving all of us PH patients hope and something to live for. Thank you Arlene! Hugs and kisses are going to her and her family.
