Memories

I always enjoyed Cot's visits, and his GREAT laugh at Mobil in Faribault when he'd fill his Hunt's Produce truck with fuel. Just last Friday night he motioned for me to park my car in his yard while my mom (Carol DeGrood) and I enjoyed the Dam Days parade, and great food. I asked what I could bring him back to eat and he said anything, I am not fussy. He pulled money out of his wallet, but I said I would again treat him because I always appreciate the great parking spot. Cot later enjoyed a hot beef sandwich as we visited for about 20 minutes before the parade. We talked about many things, but especially music groups and why the price of gas is so high! Treasure the great memories you have of Cot, because he touched the heart of so many. My sympathy, Cathy Rossow

Memories

Hello "family" and mostly Ardis & Carmen......Usually we came home to Morristown every summer or anytime we could & alway's got to see "Cot" at the Legion or someplace... He would say have you decided to move back to Minnesota or are you just staying in California??????? so far the answer has been still in California...where?????? 25 miles east of San Francisco.......OK?? I was in school with all the Schmidke clan & Teschke kid's as well......We had many good times together and maybe not so good once in awhile but it alway's turned out Ok in the end. Anyway I am extending our deepest sympathy to all of you and it's been many years since I've seen most of you but good Morristown people are never forgotten........I'm sure there will be a big celebration in heaven for all who have gotten there before the rest of us.........I'm sure my Aunt Elsie & your Aunt Bertha are still having a good time up there together like they used to have......anyway God Bless and give you strength to carry on without your Dad & good friend........John & Arlette(Mensing)Hogan
